At VantaSupply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our policies before placing an order:

 

Price Protection

If you purchase a product and find its price reduced on our site within 72 hours, we will refund the difference. Contact us at info@vantasupply.com with proof of the price change.

 

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an error occurs:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery.
  • If the order is already shipped, address changes cannot be applied. Liability for misdelivered orders rests with the customer.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation: Full refund available.
  • After 24 hours (if unshipped): Cancellation possible; refund issued minus payment processing fees.
  • After shipment: Cannot be canceled. Return for refund upon delivery (see Section 6).

 

Returns & Refunds

  • 3-Day Return Window: Unhappy with your purchase? Return unused items in original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (minus shipping costs).
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  1. Installed/used spare parts.
  2. Products damaged by misuse.

Refunds are processed based on your payment method:

 

  • Account Balance – Instant
  • Credit Card – 3-5 business days
  • PayPal – Instant
  • Bank Transfer – 5-10 business days

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with:
  1. Photos/videos of damaged packaging and item.
  2. Order number and defect description.
  • We cover return shipping and issue a full refund/replacement.

 

Warranty & Repairs

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects.
  • Process:
  1. Email evidence (photos/videos) to info@vantasupply.com.
  2. If approved, ship items to appointted address.

 

Note: Erase all personal data from devices before return. We are not liable for data loss.
